You may cancel your event enrollment up to 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop with only a $500.00 penalty (to cover costs of books sent). No refunds or credit will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop. Non-attendance without cancellation will incur the full event fee. Substitutions (within the company) approved by ChannelCorp are permitted up to 7 days prior to the start of the event. Transfers between workshops can be made without cost up to 15 days prior to the first day of the workshop. No transfers from one calendar year to the next will be permitted.
